The world needs more intolerance.
Take a look around you. Watch the news. Read the paper.
How much of all the corrupt, crazy, stupid, insane, criminal, or whatever that you see happening to you and around you is because you are tolerant?
TOO MUCH TOLERANCE!
I say we need more intolerance for all the things that are wrong.
My Top 10 List…
War and killing.
What would you add to the list?
Take a look at the image at the top of this page.
Is the person walking away… or is he or she walking towards you?
Why is he or she walking away?
Why is he or she walking towards you?
Consciously or not, you decide all the things that happen in your story. The thoughts and ideas you have about the image come from inside you. Molded and shaped by your Belief System (BS) and presented to you.
Works same way with every story you make up about yourself and your world. You decide what story to make up about the things that happen and the people you meet. That’s the secret. You have so much more power and control than you allow yourself.
And once you become aware of this secret, you are the storyteller, decide to create a new story, a better story. Write a story that brings a better world for you and those around you.
Here’s the simple method… use it to live a more conscious life.
Choose. Don’t react. Wake up to possibility.
You’ve heard that saying, “When the student is ready, the teacher will appear”.
For years in my youth, I thought it meant that one day a teacherly looking person would show up in my life. If only I could find out how to be ready and attract this teacher.
I thought I had to be something. Funny isn’t it? I didn’t even realize I was already something.
One day, a revelation. To be ready all I needed to do was open my eyes and see.
See what you ask?
To see that the teacher has always been there. The teacher is the experiences I have, the people I meet. The ups. The downs.
All I have to do is remember to keep my eyes open.
And that is the hardest part, right?
